It goes without saying for most of you, but for those few who don’t know, most customers are scared away by a shop having dirty windows, floors, mirrors and backbar. Having “stuff” laying around is a no-no. Sanitized tools and hand washing before each customer is a must. Professional signs, and leaving a good light on at night is effective, cheap advertising.
It is a thorough, step-by-step, extremely well-organized writing.
