It goes without saying for most of you, but for those few who don’t know, most customers are scared away by a shop having dirty windows, floors, mirrors and backbar. Having “stuff” laying around is a no-no. Sanitized tools and hand washing before each customer is a must. Professional signs, and leaving a good light on at night is effective, cheap advertising.
I am enjoying your DVD’s so much, and they have already helped me improve my cutting skills. I will gladly recommend these DVD’s to anyone interested in the skill.
